The problem
Producing a narrated story video means juggling a dozen tools: one for the script, one for the voice, others for images, video, editing and publishing, and the characters look different in every image.
What I built
- A single pipeline from idea to YouTube upload: script, multi-speaker voice-over, scene images, video clips, timeline and publishing.
- Reference faces that keep characters consistent across scenes, and expression tags that make voices laugh, whisper and pause.
- A credit system with real provider costs per model, shown before every click, and GPU work on serverless Modal instances.
