The problem
Successful YouTube channels often follow repeatable patterns, but finding them manually means studying dozens of videos, thumbnails, transcripts and comments. It takes hours and still leaves much of the analysis subjective.
What I built
- A channel analysis engine that identifies top-performing and outlier videos and examines the patterns behind their titles, thumbnails, hooks and content.
- Transcript and comment analysis that extracts recurring topics, hook structures, pacing, audience signals and the mechanisms that repeatedly drive successful videos.
- A generated Channel DNA report with title formulas, thumbnail patterns, content structure and new video ideas based on the patterns discovered in the channel.
